Baghouse Dust Collection
Ø Technical Features
l A baghouse dust collector is a high-efficiency dust removal device that uses fibrous filter bags to capture dust particles.
l Dust-laden flue gas flows through the bag-type filter medium, trapping dust particles on the outer surface of the bags. Through periodic pulse-jet cleaning with compressed air — combined with vibration — the dust layer adhering to the bag wall is shaken off and falls into the hopper beneath.
l When the dust in the hopper accumulates to a certain level, the discharge valve at the bottom of the hopper is opened to remove the dust.
Ø Technical Advantages
l The dust removal efficiency is high — up to over 99.99% — and the dust emission concentration can be far below the national standard.
l With low structural resistance, the dust collector operates stably at around 1200 Pa over the long term.
l Off-line cleaning reduces secondary dust re-adhesion.
l The compartmentalized design ensures that off-line operation and servicing do not affect the system, enabling clean bag replacement.
