Zibo Ferro Converter Emission Control Project Completed and Operational

Zibo Ferro New Materials Co., Ltd.: Integrated Converter Emission Control (Desulfurization, Denitrification, Defluorination & Dust Removal), designed and built by us, operational since Sept. 28, 2022.

A Sino-American joint venture, Zibo Ferro New Materials Co., Ltd. is a new materials company dedicated to manufacturing over 150 types of ceramic pigments. The kilns utilized are uncommon converters operating on full oxygen and natural gas. A key challenge in this project was ensuring an airtight seal at the converter outlet. Our technical team overcame this by applying heat-resistant asbestos seals. Additionally, adjustments to the sulfur and nitrogen removal agents allowed us to handle the complex, viscous nature of the smoke. As a result, we achieved compliant emissions for sulfur, fluoride, NOx, and particulate matter.
