JYD-Ⅱ Pure Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization, Dust Removal and Low-Temperature Denitrification Technology
Ø Technical Characteristics:
l Desulfurization:Utilizing sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) as the sorbent, the system achieves a desulfurization efficiency of ≥95%. Flue gas enters the reactor to form a turbulent fluidized bed, where intense gas-solid mixing ensures highly efficient SO₂ removal. The reaction yields dry, powdery by-products.
l Dedusting & Denitrification:The treated flue gas passes through a high-temperature resistant filtration system—utilizing PTFE filter bags or ceramic fiber filters—to achieve ultra-low particulate emission. Finally, the gas undergoes deep purification via low-temperature SCR denitrification, ensuring the flue gas meets or exceeds stringent emission standards for direct discharge.
Ø Technical Advantages:
l Produces no visible tail plume, ensuring excellent visual aesthetics.
l No desulfurization sewage; zero secondary pollution.
l Zero secondary aerosol formation; outperforms standard emission limits.
l Low-sulfur, low-dust gas reduces catalyst wear and cuts energy use.
